Our mission at The Colorado Assembly is to restore and reconstruct our lawful American government.
The Colorado Assembly was established in 2020 and has been working to standup our courts and militia, recruit, and inform and educate.
You have been deliberately classified as a PERSON as opposed to one of the people and considered a U.S. Citizen of some brand or another— Federal Employee or Dependent of the United States — owned by the governmental service corporation to back its ever-growing-never-ending “National Debt”. They will enforce this presumption to no end unless you declare it false on the record.
You are autographing paperwork. You should never do so unless you know what that paperwork means and to what you have committed yourself. See Correct Your Status.
See Learn More.
Anna works with many “ex” lawyers in the Living Law Firm to come up with appropriate wording in documents that we believe are the most effective to correct your status and become Americans on the land and soil.
Anna has spent 50 plus years researching historical documents and records. She has been the best at disclosing the fraud and putting together a plan to restore and reconstruct our lawful government the way our founders intended.

As an American State National, you give up your U.S. Citizen and citizen of the United States citizenships. That’s it! You CAN elect to give up your Driver License, and use your Credential Card. You CAN elect to give up your plates on your car and get State National Plates. You CAN get a “non-citizen” passport. You CAN elect to revoke your right to pay Federal Taxes with W4V or W8 BEN forms. You CAN elect to revoke your voter registration. We recommend you self-educate before making any decisions about taking additional steps to free yourself from the government corporations.
The vast majority of American working people are not naturally eligible to pay federal income tax. Whether you knew it or not, as long as you are not a federal employee (military or civilian), paying federal income tax is voluntary. If you are not a federal employee, you may want to choose to not pay taxes.
For further information, see the Truth About The IRS and Revocation of Election to Pay Taxes.
For now, you keep them. Whether you keep your drivers’ license and license plates is a choice you make later as you become more educated and feel you are ready.
It may take up to 9 months for your documents to cure and be updated on their end of the system, and it's helpful to have this in place before you start fully exercising your rights.
Social Security Number – Once you complete all your documents that number belongs to you and you are free to use it without fear.
Social Security income – You paid into the social security income program, therefore you are entitled to receive your payments back. That cannot be taken away from you.
Correcting your status does not nullify your retirement. You are entitled to it.
No. These are benefits you worked for or put away for retirement. These in essence are savings accounts, and this money or benefit cannot be taken away.
You can still obtain healthcare coverage and you cannot be refused care because you corrected your status.
Once you correct your political status, you can continue to participate in Medicaid but cannot become a member of The Colorado Assembly. There is a possibility that you could lose your Medicaid if you correct your political status.
You are free to keep using your accounts and credit cards. Soon The Global Family Bank will be open and operating in all 50 states. Once you have corrected your status, you will be able to create accounts in the new banking system.
We are working on using our credit to offset these debts.

You are entitled to all your employee benefits. That does not change when you correct your status.
No! Going back to try and recover what you’ve already paid puts you back in the maritime jurisdiction and puts you at risk, and it can also put your status at risk. This could also potentially leave you stateless. Once you are out of the maritime jurisdiction, you don’t want to go back. What’s past is water under the bridge. You’ve gained your freedom. Move forward.
