Correct Your Status

Reclaim Your Birthright

Our Federal Subcontractors forced their citizenship(s) on us unknowingly by creating false registrations for all of us by fraudulently converting our birth certificates to Bonds (IOU’s) when we were newborn babies. As a result, we were misrepresented as Territorial U.S. Citizens and

as Municipal “citizens of the United States” without our awareness or consent or our mother’s awareness.

You have the right to declare your political status as an American State National or Citizen with the following documents: 1779 (Recommended) or 928’s.

All of these documents are editable with your name and address, place of birth, etc.

Do not change the Legal Jargon:

The Living Law Firm researchers have spent decades piecing together all the necessary details of what it is we need to specifically rebut in this paperwork.

1779 Packet

Basic packet that gives you all the documents that are needed to be a part of the Assembly.

The 1779 Naturalization Act is a streamlined process for correcting your political status.

It is similar to how our Forefathers identified themselves as Americans back in the 1700’s.

This paperwork bundle is referred to as the One Page Declaration or the “one-pager”.

This “one-pager” actually requires several documents to be completed and a copy of your birth certificate.

The Colorado Assembly requires the following documents as a “1779 packet:”

1779 Declaration of Naturalization for Americans, Immigrants, Green Card Holders, Federal Employees, or Naturalized Citizens

Two witness statements from friends, or family, who have known you for 7+ years

  • Witnesses should be at least 21 years old and have known you for 7 years or more
  • Witnesses: choose from family members, friends, co-workers, etc.
  • Attach your color (2 x 2″, 300 dpi) passport photo to each Witness Testimony
  • Have a Blue Ink pen for your notary if you choose to use a Defacto Notary just in case they don’t have one

Land Recording Office (LRO)

Since this is where your paperwork will be published by your Recording Secretary, you will need to get an account on the LRO.

If you are married and you and your spouse are both planning to become American State Nationals, you each will need to set up an account.  Your own documents are published in your own account and your fees are paid in your own account. Each man and woman declares his or her own standing on the LRO.

  1. Go to:  https://members.americanstatenationals.us/
  2. Under Non Members click the Create Your Member Account
  3. Type in your email address.
  4. The New Account Page will be presented, complete all the required fields.
  5. For the Born field use the date picker so that the data field is properly formatted.
  6. Click the Sign Up button to submit the form.

The LRO has a document generator for a fee, or you can use the free document templates here.

928 Documents

The 928 process is a more sophisticated and complicated process for correcting your political status. It was named the “928 Process” because it is associated with article #928 on www.annavonreitz.com.
